Privacy notice

This notice explains what AIT Society collects when you submit a form on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email dan@aitsociety.com.

Information we collect

The application form asks for your name, email, company, title, responsibilities, and what you want from peers. The updates form asks for your email only. Submissions also include a request ID, submission time, and campaign attribution (UTM parameters) when present. Please do not include confidential company information in either form.

How we use it

Application information is used to review fit and contact you about membership. Newsletter signups are used to send resource updates and require a separate opt-in. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Service providers

Submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, and this site is hosted on Vercel, which maintains standard hosting and request logs. These providers process data only to deliver the service on our behalf.

Retention

We keep application and signup information for as long as needed to evaluate membership and stay in touch, and remove it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing dan@aitsociety.com. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe option.
